Eligibility for Refund:
- Our refund policy applies to products purchased directly from Vedic Trust.
- To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase.
Valid Reasons for Refund:
- Product Defect: If the received product is defective or damaged, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.
- Order Errors: If there was an error in processing your order, such as receiving the wrong product or incorrect quantity, we will rectify the issue by offering a refund or sending the correct product.
Products Not Eligible for Return:
- As per the terms offered by all sellers on the platform, the following circumstances deem a product ineligible for return:
- The item has been opened, partially used, or disfigured.
- The product has been tampered with, including the packaging and/or packaging box and/or packaging seal.
- The product detail page explicitly states that it is non-returnable.
- Accessories or freebies supplied with the product are missing.
- The product lacks a serial number, UPC number, or barcode that was present at the time of delivery.
- The damage or defect is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- The product is without its original packaging
- The product has been damaged due to misuse.
Return Process:
- To request a return and refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return.
- We may require additional information, such as photographs of the product or proof of purchase, to process your return request.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- After our team verifies the returned item(s), we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or an alternative method if necessary.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product detail page or items whose return window has expired cannot be returned.
